The CVIAQ has a long and proud history of representing the commercial vehicle industry in Queensland. CVIAQ has now grown to become the industry's leading body providing advice and assistance to its members and directing and influencing policy at all levels of government.

 

Commercial Asset Finance Brokers Association of Australia

Credit One is a member of the CAFBA.

The CAFBA is an industry body of professional leasing/finance brokers. CAFBA represents the interests of its members by assisting with regulatory, governmental matters, bank and finance companies issues.

Credit Ombudsman Service (COSL) Member

Credit One is a member of the Credit Ombudsman Service Limited.

COSL operates an independent External Dispute Resolution Service available to clients of COSL members.

The availability of a this Dispute Resolution Service provides peace of mind for consumers, it provides a free and simple method to resolve disputes that may arrise with a COSL member.

Finance Brokers Association of Australia (FBAA) Accredited Member

Credit One is an Accredited Member of the FBAA.

The FBAA is Australia's leading membership body for finance broking professionals, providing standards and guidelines to promote professional practice standards in sourcing domestic and commercial funding in the finance/mortgage broking industry.

Membership of the FBAA requires the applicant to meet strict criteria, including:

• abiding by the FBAA's Code of Conduct,
• utilising an approved External Dispute Resolution Service,
• providing compliance training to staff,
• holding Professional Indemnity Insurance, and,
• meeting educational and/or experience criteria, and,
• meeting probity criteria.

These requirements help to ensure members are professional organisations, and provide peace of mind for customers.
