A panel of industry-leading females from over 30 countries put the word’s best to the test resulting in the Mazda3 being 2019’s Women’s World Car of the Year. Each car was evaluated on safety, value for money, appearance, storage, child-friendliness, ease of driving, colour, sex appeal and environmental footprint.
The Mazda3 has come out ahead of the pack with its advanced safety settings, including smart city brake support, lane departure warning, blind-spot monitoring and Mazda radar cruise control. These incredible features helped to achieve a 5-star ANCAP safety rating and contribute to a car that does all but drives itself.
With the sleek and modern design carried across all Mazda3 badges, it’s no wonder that this car triumphed. Though it’s more than just the outside, this model’s interior features include active driving display, LCD coloured multi-information display and a 295L (VDA) cargo space.
Credit One’s Consumer Finance Manager Jarred Lembo agrees that the Mazda3 is well-deserving of this year’s top prize. “Several of our staff own and drive the Mazda3, compelled to buy by the amazing technology. It’s a perfect choice when it comes to a small car providing excellent value for money”.
Other winners this year include the Kia XCeed as the Women’s Urban Car of the Year, Kia Soul EV as the Women’s Green Car of the Year and the Porsche 911 taking out the title of Performance Car of the Year.Apply Now
