I felt the need to share with you my extreme appreciation for the work Rob did to secure my new car.

I was the not at fault party in a car accident 8/11/22, the damage to my vehicle was extensive and I was advised within a week, although it had not yet been formally assessed it would be a write off.

Being a single Mum in a rural location although I had a hire car, I took the initiative to engage options for replacing my vehicle as I did not have the facilities to be without my own transport if the claim settled sooner than expected.

After initiating an application with Stratton, I was run around in circles, given misinformation, put through a bottom tier lender and after 3 weeks still didn’t have a result.

At the Eleventh hour I realised I had to do something. I knew settlement would take place within the week and was stressed and feeling hopeless.

One phone call changed everything. Rob was brilliant he went above and beyond to move mountains understanding my situation. Rob secured finance saving me over $300 a month - compared to Stratton's offering and finance settled and the car was delivered the very day of claim settlement.

My children and I would have been in severe detriment if it wasn’t for Robs ability to “get things done”. Please know how valuable he is within your organisation, I will be forever thankful for what he has done for us. Rob is seemingly very humble and nothing is to hard and he is a stellar reflection of the CreditOne business chain.
