Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA)
Credit One is a member of the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA).
The AFCA fairly and independently resolves disputes between consumers - including some small businesses - and member financial services providers. Membership of the AFCA is open to any financial services provider carrying on business in Australia.
The Australian Financial Complaints Authority or ‘AFCA’ is a new external dispute resolution (EDR) scheme to deal with complaints from consumers and small businesses about financial services and products. Finance Brokers Association of Australia (FBAA) Accredited Member
Credit One is an Accredited Member of the FBAA.
The FBAA is Australia's leading membership body for finance broking professionals, providing standards and guidelines to promote professional practice standards in sourcing domestic and commercial funding in the finance/mortgage broking
Membership of the FBAA requires the applicant to meet strict criteria, including:
- Abiding by the FBAA's Code of Conduct.
- Utilising an approved External Dispute Resolution Service.
- Providing compliance training to staff.
- Holding Professional Indemnity Insurance.
- Meeting educational and/or experience criteria.
- Meeting probity criteria.
These requirements help to ensure members are professional organisations, and provide peace of mind for customers.

Boating Industry Association Member
Credit One is a member of the Boating Industry Association.
The Boating Industry Association - the BIA - is the voice of the recreational and light commercial marine industry, promoting safe, recreational boating as a positive and rewarding lifestyle for Australians.
The Boating Industry Association (BIA) provides a forum to discuss industry needs, problems and solutions and serves as the representative of the industry to Federal, State and Local Government departments and agencies, as well as other industry bodies, corporate interests, allied organisations, media and the general public.

Caravanning Queensland joins the peak industry bodies in this state for caravan dealers, manufacturers, camping suppliers, service providers, etc. as well as caravan park operators through two related associations, Caravan Trade & Industries Association of Queensland and Caravan Parks Association of Queensland Ltd.
On behalf of members, Caravanning Queensland is involved in government liaison, promotion, public relations, etc and members are kept informed through regular newsletters & bulletins on all industry matters which may affect them.
